You can tell Halloween is on the way when you start to see Halloween pumpkins making an appearance in front of houses and in autumnal decorations. Halloween may only come once a year but the fun of carving pumpkins and preparing jack-o’-lanterns — as well as all the devilish decor that Halloween is famous for — make this special time of year second only to Christmas as a chance for domestic decoration.
Lucky for us that Halloween takes place in the fall with all its gorgeous rich autumnal color that starts with the wonderful spectacle of the changing of the leaves. Pumpkins participate in this colorful display with their rich orange shades that complement the seasonal colors so effectively.
