In America a man was calmly robbing many different shops and he was doing this by hypnotizing the cashier. As soon as he had them under his spell he would command them to empty the till and then he would walk out quietly with the money. The only reason staff became aware of this scam was because the tills never added up properly at the end of the week and CCTV footage exposed to them what was going on. There are many other stories of hypnotists using their skills to steal money or to scam people out of money. What makes it such a perfect crime is the fact that the victims have no memory about it afterwards so it is hard to provide the authorities with evidence. It is great fun to learn and put into practice but you need to be careful not to let the power go to your head and to make sure you stay on the right side of the law.
